The Manayunk Roxborough Art Center (MRAC) located at 419 Green Lane (rear) in Philadelphia is offering a special humanities program, “Three Poets: Brian Fanelli, Leonard Belasco and Alfred Encaracion,” on November 27 from 3:00 to 5:00 PM. $5 Donation requested. Leonard Belasco is a lifelong resident of Germantown in Philadelphia. He was an English and Creative Writing teacher in the Philadelphia public schools for 36 years and continues to mentor young teachers. His poetry encompasses a wide range of styles and subject matter yet speaks in a personal voice that is lyrical, direct and sensorial.

Peter Krok, the editor of the Schuylkill Valley Journal (Print) and Schuylkill Valley Journal Online (svjlit.com), is the Humanities Director of the MRAC.
