FREE! EARTH DAY SAVE-THE-PLANET UPCYCLING MAKE-IN AND OPEN STUDIO TOUR . Join Mindy Flexer- transform old materials into wonderful new things, and tour other artists’ studios at the Greene Street Artists Co-op from 12-6pm.

Our project will be to save the planet by transforming old materials into wonderful new things. Bring old socks, fabric squares, buttons, cards, stamps, envelopes, calendars, and other stuff you want to give a new life, or use ours!

While you’re here, you can also tour other artists’ studios in my building, the Greene Street Artists Cooperative. It’s a wonderful opportunity to meet artists and to see their artwork and their studios. You can see more about our coop here: www.greenestreetartists.org.

How the Make-In works:

You can come as a family, or leave your child. Unaccompanied children six years and up are welcome, and can stay for up to two hours. Younger children are invited to come with a parent or chaperone. Unaccompanied teenagers and adults are also welcome.  Light refreshments will be served.
