Firehouse Arts houses 24 studio spaces ranging from 200 sqft to 600 sqft spread over 3 levels. With a delicate balance between old and new each floor of the building has unique characteristics.

Located along the Germantown Commercial corridor Firehouse Arts is a small creative community within the walls of an old Firehouse. Designed and run by a local couple who saw a unique opportunity to transform a beautiful building that had sat abandoned for many years, Firehouse Arts officially opened its doors in September 2019.

Philadelphia’s only artist-owned & operated live + studio building . Located since 1992 in the historic Germantown area of Philadelphia, this multicultural community of artists  share a building that houses 17 living + studio units on a 1.5-acre lot. In addition to providing its members with a stable place to live and work, GSAC periodically hosts open studios, both independently and as part of Philadelphia Open Studio Tours (POST). Some members also present classes and workshops.

Stenton Guild is a 27,000sf brick and steel building located in the Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia. This building was part of Philadelphia’s mighty industrial past and was built for the Norton Abrasives Company.
The wide open space of the first floor features a woodshop with a full complement of professional woodworking machinery and a spray booth.
The second floor is suitable for office or artist studio space and features hardwood maple flooring, high ceilings, and abundant natural light from the many windows.

Amenities include key fob entrances, well lit fenced parking, video surveillance, air conditioning, and a 6000lb freight elevator.  The indoor and outdoor loading docks can accommodate most delivery and shipping needs.
